How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@zeovate.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and the reason for your return
- We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
Refund Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Opened bottles are eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@zeovate.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
